Featured placement terms
One approved job, in one location, featured for 30 days for a one-time $99 USD payment. No subscription or automatic renewal. Jobseekers remain free, and the founding-employer free offer is separate.
What you receive
Your job displays a “Featured · Paid placement” label and appears ahead of standard jobs in matching browse results. Search filters still apply. Featuring does not guarantee views, applicants, interviews or hires.
Before paying
Contact Find A Para with your approved listing. We will confirm eligibility and send its payment link. Do not pay for an unapproved listing. Payment is processed by Stripe; Find A Para does not receive your full card details.
Activation and duration
We manually verify the payment and matching listing before activation. The 30-day period starts when we activate the feature, not when you pay. The listing stays available through that period unless you close it, it is filled, or it violates our posting standards.
Refunds and support
If we cannot provide the placement, we will refund the payment in full. You may request a full refund before activation. After activation, contact us about delivery problems or cancellation; we review these requests individually. Refunds are processed manually through Stripe. Removing a feature does not itself issue a refund.

Payment records
We retain the listing reference, Stripe payment identifier, verification record and placement dates to deliver the service and handle support. Stripe processes payment and billing information under its own privacy practices.
